Do you have a knack for keeping things organized and love being the friendly voice on the phone? We’re looking for a Receptionists to join our team right away in Westmead!
What You’ll Do:
• Answer phones and greet patients with professionalism and warmth
• Handle patient intakes with care and attention
• Make copies, scan, and file important documents
• Keep our office running smoothly with your multitasking magic
What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of office experience (a must!)
• Confidence in phone etiquette and office admin tasks
• Someone dependable, organized, and ready to hit the ground running
Pay: $25/hour (depending on experience)
