Morena is a hatted Latin American restaurant located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences that celebrate Latin American flavours, hospitality, and culture.
We are currently seeking experienced waiters/waitresses (Casual Level 2) to join our front of house team.
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (hatted/quality dining experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards

Ability to deliver warm, professional, and attentive service

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
