About the Role
Flavours Catering + Events is looking for experienced Seasonal Event Food & Beverage Attendants to join its team for Sydney’s busy event season.
With peak season running from September through to Christmas, successful applicants will have the opportunity to work across a variety of events, including corporate functions, cocktail parties, private celebrations, buffets, and unique event venues throughout Sydney.
Flexible casual shifts are available, including evening and weekend work, with opportunities to continue working with the team into 2027.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional food and beverage service at events
• Assist with corporate functions, cocktail parties, private celebrations, and other events
• Welcome and assist guests throughout functions
• Serve food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Assist with event setup, service, and pack-down as required
• Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service
• Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements
• Work collaboratively with the wider events and catering team
Requirements
• Previous food and beverage or events experience is essential
• Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential
• Confident and professional customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel to event locations across Sydney and Greater Sydney
• Valid Australian work rights
