About the Role
Pip Pets is looking for a reliable and hands-on Kitchen Crew Member to join its small and growing team in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Pip Pets produces fresh, wholefood meals and treats for dogs. In this role, you’ll help prepare fresh ingredients, pack orders, maintain the kitchen, and get deliveries ready for customers.
The position will initially be casual, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare fresh vegetables and meat for production
• Chop and portion ingredients accurately
• Pack finished products and customer orders
• Prepare deliveries for dispatch
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised production kitchen
• Safely handle knives and food preparation equipment
• Assist with lifting and moving ingredients, boxes, and other goods
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with hands-on work
• Able to work efficiently and accurately with repetitive tasks
• Confident and safe using kitchen knives
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Comfortable with some lifting and moving of bulky goods
• Kitchen or food manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Available for weekday morning shifts
• Full Australian working rights
An interest in dogs is a bonus, as you’ll be helping prepare their meals.
