Three Blue Ducks is all about good food, good people, and good vibes. We care about where our produce comes from, how it’s served, and the impact we leave behind.
Our Rosebery venue is a big, rustic warehouse in the heart of Sydney, where we serve seasonal, ethically sourced dishes and drinks. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic waitstaff and bartenders to join our crew.
What we’re looking for:

Experienced section waiters with strong communication and a genuine love of service

Bartenders or baristas with great people skills and a passion for quality food & drink

Positive, reliable team players who thrive when it’s busy

Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail

Basic wine, beer, and spirits knowledge (and a curiosity to learn more!)

Weekend availability (day and/or night)
- Raydia - 15th November
- Club Broadway – 16th November
- Ministry of Sound – 6th December
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Availability on evenings and weekends during event season
- RSA is a must for bar related roles
- Previous event or hospitality experience (a plus, but not essential!)
