About the Role
BBR Agency is seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join the team for the Bastille Festival Sydney, one of Sydney's largest French cultural festivals.
The event runs from 16 July to 19 July at Circular Quay. Multiple shifts are available across a variety of food, beverage, and event support roles.
Positions Available
• Bar Staff
• Food Stall Staff
• Festival Runners (stock deliveries to bars and food stalls)
• Kitchen Hands
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to festival attendees
• Prepare and serve food and beverages (depending on the role)
• Assist with stock deliveries and event logistics
• Support food stall and bar operations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a busy event environment
Requirements
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work during the festival from 16–19 July
• Valid Australian work rights
Event Highlights
Successful applicants will work across a range of authentic French food experiences, including:
• Escargot stalls
• Traditional Choucroute
• Melted cheese stations featuring freshly melted cheese served over BBQ dishes
